You expressly agree and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located within Mahoning County, Ohio to resolve any dispute arising out of this Agreement, this website and/or the UGotBooked.com Service.

U.S. Export Controls

Software form this website is subject to U.S. export controls. No software may be downloaded from this website or otherwise exported or re-exported in violation of U.S. Export laws.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between UGotBooked.com and you regarding your use of the UGotBooked.com Service and this website.

Separability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
